Jambojet has announced a system downtime that may inconvenience travellers using or planning to use its services.
The company said it will be carrying out a scheduled system upgrade starting from 5.00pm EAT on Monday 22 September to 7.00am Tuesday 23, September.
Customers and other users will be unable to access all website services during that period. If you are planning to book a flight, you will only be able to do so before or after the system maintenance period.
For those who have already booked flights on the affected days, the company advices them to be at the airport at least 2 hours before travel time.
“We will be carrying out a scheduled system upgrade fro Monday 22 September at 1700hrs to Tuesday 23 September 2025 at 0700hrs (EAT). During this period, all website services will be temporarily unavailable.”
