You read that right … you are assured a sip or rather a bottle of any of the Pepsi brands when you board a Skyward Airlines flight. SBC Kenya, which is the authorized PepsiCo bottling company in the country signed the partnership with Skyward on September 12, 2025.
The exclusive agreement increases Pepsi’s imprint in the local and regional beverages market. Skyward operates flights to various destinations from Nairobi’s busiest airport, the Wilson Airport.
Skyward’s destinations include Malindi, Lodwar, Eldoret, Lamu, Mombasa, Ukunda/Diani, Kitale, Migori, as well as across the border to Dar es Salaam.
While the airline’s share of the market is not available at the moment, the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics data shows domestic air passenger traffic in Kenya peaked to 5.32 million in 2024.
Travellers will have options to pick from Pepsi‚ Mirinda‚ Mountain Dew‚ 7UP‚ Evervess‚ Sting‚ and Aquafina‚ covering the full spectrum of refreshment of colas‚ fruity flavors‚ citrus sodas‚ mixers‚ energy drinks‚ and water.

According to Skyward Airlines General Manager, Diana Nyambura‚ the partnership will enhance the in-flight service offering by her company and provide added value to passengers, while at the same time supporting the airline’s growth strategy in the regional aviation market.
